Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she turned 16 and she quit the sport of gymnastics. In 2017, she was 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career at age 16, when she gave up gymnastics. She earned her Professional Card just one year later and was 17. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had a break of six years from the stage after earning her professional card in order to further the education. When she completed her college degree, Ariel returned in 2015. She continued where she had left off in the previous competitions, including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. Following her win in her first contest in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting new goals. By the time 2009 ended she was the winner of several fitness awards. She also became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) after she took home at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel spent her first six years in competition to get her college degree. Then she returned in October 2015 with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She was 3rd overall at the event. The summer of 2016 saw her was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. After three months, she walked onto the Olympia stage to take home the position of 6th at the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations prior to the event and was proud of the result. Ariel was competing against the top athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing improvements to her body every year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent-over rows, single arm lat pull-downs with a machine. and seated rows. Ariel usually starts warming up and then proceeds on to the sets for working. Ariel is the most efficient use of her time. Ariel accomplishes this by creating all of her back exercises, and doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 repetitions. The routine she follows is sort of exercise twice a week, with one day being a lightweight day, and another days heavy weight.
